Implement Batch Mode for DCA to Reduce Crypto Fees

Feature request:
We propose adding a batch mode for the Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) functionality to optimize transaction fees. Currently, multiple DCA orders generate separate transactions, leading to high cumulative network fees.
Proposed solution:
Implement a batch processing system where several DCA orders can be grouped and executed as a single transaction.
The goal is to reduce the frequency of individual transactions and, consequently, the associated fees.
